The forced assimilation and relocation of indigenous tribes onto reservations has ultimately affected the social and built environment of the indigenous communities. The current state of reservations lacks the infrastructure to provide services for communities. Residential housing consists of low-cost materials that are quickly deteriorating, bringing challenges to the community. The project aims to cover the past, present, and future of indigenous communities through the perspectives of community members, professionals, and students. |
